Support Worker

Vibe Care Agency are seeking experienced Support Workers to support Adults with learning disabilities, autism & complex needs in supported living services in the Lincolnshire area.

Covering several postcode locations - LN1 | LN2 | LN4 | LN5 | LN6 | LN7 | LN9 | LN10 | LN11

This is a flexible role (zero hours) to fit around any other commitments you have, working with a well established agency & service provider.

*This role is not suitable for anyone seeking sponsorship*

Hourly Pay Rates £13.15 - £14.00 / Enhancement for BH shifts / Sleep-Ins £75.00 flat rate

Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours & complex health support are essential

We can offer a variety of shifts - Days, Evening & Weekends, Nights & Sleep-Ins

We are looking for:

Experienced support workers

Knowledge & understanding of learning disabilities, autism & complex needs

Experience working in a similar role supporting adults

Ability to work as part of a team or on your own

Ability to promote individual choices, rights & dignity

Understanding behaviours that challenge

Able to follow individual care plans & risk assessments, promoting person centered support

Support with daily activities e.g. community access, cooking, laundry, cleaning etc.

Happy to support with person care if required

Enhanced valid Child & Adult DBS on the update service
