Are you an experienced Registered Manager from community complex care, looking for a role where you can take ownership of an established service and help shape its continued development?
We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a well-established complex care operation in the Mid Wales area, within easy reach of Welshpool and Newtown. The service supports both adult and paediatric care packages and already delivers a significant volume of community-based care.
This opportunity would suit a strong operational leader who understands complex care delivery, can build trusted relationships with clients and families, and has the confidence to lead a team while supporting sustainable service growth.
Previous management experience within adult or paediatric community complex care is essential.

As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational performance of the branch, ensuring safe, responsive and high-quality care is consistently delivered across existing packages.
You will lead and develop the operational team, maintain strong relationships with clients and families, monitor service performance and work closely with clinical colleagues to maintain high standards of quality, compliance and governance.
Alongside managing the existing service, you will also support the mobilisation of new packages and identify opportunities to develop the adult and paediatric complex care offering across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of the complex care service
Manage and develop Client Managers, Care Coordinators and administrative staff
Maintain strong relationships with clients, families and external professionals
Ensure operational issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
Monitor staffing, care hours and overall service performance
Drive improvements in quality, client experience and service delivery
Support the mobilisation of new complex care packages
Maintain strong regulatory, safeguarding and governance standards
Work closely with clinical and senior operational colleagues
Contribute to the sustainable growth of adult and paediatric servicesAbout YouTo be considered for this Registered Manager opportunity, you must have previous management experience within community complex care, supporting adults, children or both.
You will ideally have:
Previous branch, service or operational management experience
Strong knowledge of community complex care
Experience supporting adult and/or paediatric care packages
Proven experience leading operational teams
Strong client and family relationship-management skills
Good knowledge of safeguarding, quality and regulatory compliance
Commercial awareness and experience monitoring branch performance
Experience improving services and resolving operational challenges
A proactive and hands-on leadership approach
