Role Description
Female Support Worker - Make Everyday Matter
Location:Tadley, Hampshire
Salary:£13.20 per hour (£25,740 per annum) plus benefits.
Hours:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis).
Contract:Permanent
Driving Requirement:A valid full UK manual driving license is essential.
Right to Work:Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any skilled worker visas.

Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime
Planning and enjoying person‑centred activities — walks, swimming, shopping and trips out
Building trusted, respectful relationships that support confidence and wellbeing
Keeping clear and accurate records
Working closely with colleagues and professionalsThis is a role where building strong relationships is just as important as providing practical support.
