Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a specialist residential service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours of concern.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to join a specialist service that is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support and helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life.

The Role

As a Specialist Support Worker, you will:

• Provide high-quality support to adults with complex needs

• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing

• Support daily living activities and personal development

• Follow care plans, risk assessments and behaviour support strategies

• Support community access and meaningful activities

• Work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• At least 12 months' experience within adult social care in the UK

• Experience supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities

• Experience supporting mental health needs or behaviours of concern

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• The ability to work both day and night shifts

Desirable

• NVQ/RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care

• Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience

• Residential care experience

Hours

• Permanent full-time contract

• Average 42 hours per week

• 12-hour shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
