Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic support to children and young people in a residential setting

• Implement therapeutic interventions to address the individual needs of each resident

• Collaborate with colleagues to create and maintain a therapeutic environment

• Support residents in developing coping skills and emotional regulation techniques

• Provide guidance and support to staff in implementing therapeutic strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in therapeutic approaches and residential childcare

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
