✅ Minimum 6 months' recent experience as an HCA in UK nursing homes or Care homes

✅ Right to Work in the UK

THE ROLE

As an Agency Healthcare Assistant, you will support residents in nursing homes by providing high-quality, compassionate and person-centred care.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting residents with personal care and daily activities

• Promoting dignity, independence and choice

• Supporting residents with mobility and nutritional needs

• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' wellbeing

• Following care plans and safeguarding procedures

• Working effectively with nurses and the wider care team
