KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Principal Scientist will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Lead client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong scientific direction.

2. Collaborate with the PBSB team, providing expert insight in X-ray Crystallography, Cryo-EM, and structural biology techniques.

3. Mentor scientists, support training, and introduce new technologies to enhance capabilities.

4. Ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and to the highest scientific standards.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Principal Scientist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in Structural Biology or a related field.

2. Extensive industry experience in X-ray Crystallography and Cryo-EM.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with leading client or collaborative scientific projects.
