About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care home in Birmingham, seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality clinical care to residents.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to residents

Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and reviews

Administer medications in line with NMC guidelines and home policies

Supervise and support care assistants and junior staff

Liaise with GPs, families, and other healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation

Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately

Promote residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times

What We're Looking For

Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN) with no restrictions

Previous experience in a care home, nursing home, or similar clinical setting (preferred)

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

A genuine passion for delivering high-quality elderly or specialist care

Right to work in the UK
