I’m recruiting for a Community Nurse to join a leading specialist healthcare provider, supporting adults in their own homes across Torquay and the surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced RGN looking to move away from the pressures of a busy ward while continuing to deliver high-quality, hands-on nursing care.

Salary up to £39,000 DOE

Fully expensed company car and fuel card or £4,877.50 car allowance plus mileage

Monday–Friday working pattern

No nights or regular weekends

Working independently in the community, you’ll manage your own caseload while receiving support from an experienced multidisciplinary and clinical leadership team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Completing holistic clinical assessments

Developing and reviewing personalised care plans

Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care and treatment

Monitoring patients and responding to changes in their condition

Supporting and educating patients, families and carers

Liaising with GPs and wider multidisciplinary teams

Maintaining accurate clinical records and high standards of clinical governanceAbout You

Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN

Adult nursing experience within a hospital or community setting

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Confidence working independently and managing your own caseload
