Support Worker

The Role

Housing and support recruitment is working with social care provider to source permanent Support Workers in Nuneaton. You will empower adults with learning disabilities and autism to live active, independent lives. Your daily duties will include:

Supporting service users with everyday living skills, meal preparation, and budgeting.

Driving individuals to local community events, leisure activities, and personal appointments.

*

Assisting with personal care and medication administration where required.

*

Fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive living environment.

Candidate Requirements:

*

Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle (Essential).

*

Experience: Background as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant preferred (full training provided for the right values).

*

Attributes: Patient, empathetic, and committed to long-term person-centred care.

*

Checks: Enhanced DBS check (or on the DBS Update Service).
