📅 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | 💷 £35,000 | 🏡 Hybrid Working (WFH Every Friday)

Join our growing HR team and play a key role in supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape HR processes within the newly independent Oxoid Remel Microbiology business.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers.

Manage HR administration, including onboarding, employee changes, absence management, and offboarding.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.

Support payroll and benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.

Assist with HR projects and process improvements.

About You

Previous experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, or a similar role.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Experience handling confidential information.

CIPD Level 3, HR systems experience, or a second European language would be advantageous.
