We're looking for a caring, reliable Male Support Worker to support an adult with learning disabilities to live a full, independent and enjoyable life.

This is much more than a care role. You'll be building a trusted relationship, encouraging independence, supporting hobbies and interests, and helping someone feel confident, valued and connected to their community.

No two days are the same. You might be supporting someone to attend activities, develop life skills, go out for the day, manage their home, attend appointments or simply enjoy the things that matter most to them.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting someone to live as independently as possible
• Encouraging participation in hobbies, social activities and the local community
• Providing support with daily living tasks and personal care when required
• Assisting with appointments and promoting health and wellbeing
• Building confidence, independence and life skills
• Being a trusted, positive and consistent presence in someone's life

What we're looking for

You don't necessarily need previous care experience. What matters most is your attitude.
